Mark Cortright’s life as a potter began in high school in 1969. In 1976 he graduated from Humboldt State University with a B.A. in art and ceramics and created Liscom Hill Pottery. He strives to make the most durable pottery possible that is both functional and high quality. All of his porcelain pottery is hand–thrown or slab-built then high fired to 2400 degrees.
All pottery is ovenproof, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe and Lead Free. For long life, place dish in cool oven and allow dish to warm up with the oven. Each piece is a signed original.
